Change of denominations in CUP and MLC to natural persons and entities

The change of denominations is the fractioning of a high denomination note into smaller denomination fractional notes and coins. When exchanging denominations in national currency, a 0.20% Cuban peso commission is deducted, and for the Freely Convertible Currency, a 12.00 cup commission is deducted.
