The Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP) thanks #CADECA for the service provided to the members of the International Brigade First of May and the International Brigade ¨Che Guevara¨ in the International Camp ¨Julio Antonio Mella¨ in Caimito and the realization of the VII International Seminar for Peace and for the Abolition of Foreign Military Bases, held in the province of Guantánamo.
We extend our congratulations to the Territorial Directorate of Artemisa/Mayabaque, and the Provincial Directorates of Santiago de Cuba and Guantánamo for the responsibility of the workers and the sense of belonging.
